Consultancy services

Robust procedures must be followed for the procurement of consultancy services to ensure that these resources are used sparingly, appropriately and effectively. Before any procurement process for consultancy services takes place, a business case must be prepared and approved based on the amount that the Scottish Government expects to pay for the requirement.
