Theme 5: Efficient and resilient supply chains for food

Brief Summary

This Theme is aimed at producing new evidence and tools that will help to improve the efficiency, resilience and sustainability of food production and supply in Scotland. This includes food chain and food security analyses and the development of crop and livestock products with improved nutritional qualities and greater resource efficiency and resilience to climate change.
