Home Care

Most people want to stay in their home and community and live as independently as possible. Home Care is care provided in your own home to enable you to maintain independence. It involves regular visits from a home care worker and may include:

  • Personal care
  • Shopping
  • Preparing meals
  • Collecting pensions, and prescriptions, for example

Other services available to support those living in their own home are:

  • Meals Services
  • Equipment and Adaptations
  • Community Alarm
  • Telecare
  • Daycare
  • Handyperson Services and Care and Repair
  • Supported Housing
