Overview

Framework 1 – A one-stop shop framework agreement for the provision of Travel Services, Accommodation and Conference Venues Booking.

Framework 2 – A multi-lot framework agreement with 3 Lots for Domestic Travel and Accommodation, International Travel and Accommodation and Conference Venues Booking

What is in scope?

The travel services agreements provides organisations with the choice between a one-stop shop solution for travel services, or bespoke individual services. The agreement covers the provision of:

  • Air travel (domestic and international)
  • Rail travel (domestic and international)
  • Ferry travel (domestic and international)
  • Coach and bus travel
  • Adhoc car hire
  • Hotel accommodation (domestic and international)
  • Bed and breakfast accommodation
  • Serviced apartments
  • Conference and meeting venues
  • Associated travel services

What is out of scope?

The following services are not available through this agreement:

  • Event management

Who is this available to?

  • Central government
  • Fire
  • Local authorities
  • Police
  • Universities and colleges
  • Third sector
  • Other public bodies

  • A one-stop shop solution for all their travel and accommodation requirements OR
  • A multi-lot framework, with three Lots, one Travel Management Company per requirement type

  • Clearly identifiable transaction charges
