19 March 2015
The consultation on changes to the public procurement rules in Scotland runs until 30 April 2015. If you have not already done so, we would encourage you to respond to the consultation.
Responses to the consultation will inform the development of secondary legislation, implementing the new Directives, as well as secondary legislation and statutory guidance arising from the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014. You can view the public consultation here:
We have prepared a partial Business and Regulatory Impact Assessment (BRIA) and a partial Equality Impact Assessment (EQIA) along with the consultation on the changes to public procurement rules in Scotland. A final BRIA and final EQIA will be produced, building on the partial assessments in light of the public consultation and further information and analysis.
Have your say
We are keen to capture as many thoughts and ideas as possible through this consultation and the associated impact assessments. All contributions are welcome.
If you have any questions about the consultation or the partial impact assessments please email them to Scottish Procurement.
