This is an example of procurement reform in action. Working collaboratively across the Central Government public sector in Scotland, the Scottish Government aims to ensure sustainable procurement, best practice and increasing effectiveness and efficiency whilst delivering improved value for money. The outcome of this procurement exercise has resulted in the appointment of nine suppliers to the Legal Services Framework. Eight of the nine successful bidders are suppliers registered in Scotland.
