Review of Scottish Public Sector Procurement in Construction

11 August 2016

Last year we held a number of information days around the country to remind stakeholders of the Review of Scottish Public Sector Procurement in Construction and how we intended to implement its recommendations. Since then we have consulted further with stakeholders and completed a significant amount of the implementation process. We would now like to update you on progress to date and invite you to join us for our latest briefing session. We will again be holding these events across the country and look forward to your valuable input.

The Events

The events will last around two hours and will provide a general update on the outputs of the review and what is yet to be implemented. There will be opportunities for you to ask the team questions throughout the session.

We will be holding the events in Aberdeen, Inverness, Kirkwall, Edinburgh and Glasgow with the Kirkwall event being part of the Orkney Island Council Meet the Buyer day. Further events will be held in Lerwick, Galashiels and Stornoway, subject to the interest generated, and we will publish details of the dates and addresses in due course.
