Scottish Procurement eCommerce (Post Award) recently held Purchase to Pay (P2P) Roadshows in Edinburgh, Dundee and Glasgow.
The roadshows were to update public sector stakeholders on the latest P2P developments and give them the opportunity to ask the eCommerce team and its service providers Elcom and Lockheed Martin any questions.
Around ninety delegates attended the events. In the morning session delegates were treated to presentations from the following speakers:
The afternoon session was dedicated to PECOS users and provided networking opportunities and the chance to ask any pressing questions directly to the relevant experts. The sessions generated lively debate and covered a number of interesting topics on the eCommerce tools but, in particular, more in-depth questions specifically about PECOS and the impending arrival of PECOS V15.
In support of the P2P Roadshows a survey has been issued by the eCommerce Shared Service to give all customers the opportunity to provide their feedback on all aspects of the service. The results of the survey will help identify what potential improvements could be considered for the future.
If you want to access the survey or would like to view a table showing some of the questions and answers from the event then please contact the ePS Service Desk.
Overall the events were well received and delegate feedback has been very positive.
