Errata

The ‘Non-domestic rates reform: analysis of responses to consultation on Barclay implementation’ was an independent, externally commissioned, report. An errata was published on 15th of April 2019, as a result of changes to ‘Chapter 14 - Barclay Review Recommendation 24 – Reform charity relief’ paragraph ’14.3’ on page 63 of the PDF, which contained a statement which could be perceived as not providing an accurate representation of a response to the consultation. This statement has now been amended to improve clarity. The HTML and PDF have been updated to reflect these changes.
