Please find enclosed SEDD Circular 2/2004: Strategic Environmental Assessment for Development Planning etc.

The Circular has been issued to provide guidance on the implementation of The Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes (Scotland) Regulations 2004 which come into force on Tuesday 20 th July 2004.
