Criminal Justice System Monitoring Data
Monitoring data:

End to End System Indicator - the percentage of summary criminal cases dealt with within 26 weeks (from caution and charge to verdict);

Stage 1: Caution and Charge to Report (Police Reporting) - the percentage of summary cases received by COPFS within 28 days (of earliest caution and charge);

Stage 2: Case Marking – the percentage of summary cases taken and implemented by COPFS within four weeks of receipt from the reporting agency, and;
-
Stage 3: Court – the average Sheriff Court summary waiting period in weeks (weighted).
